DELIVERY TURN AROUND TIME (TAT)

Pick-up from Metro Manila to be delivered within Metro Manila
- Minimum of three (3) days; Maximum of five (5) working days
(subject to change depending on the criticality of the area and if the area is on lockdown, we shall advise accordingly)

Pick-up from Metro Manila to be delivered Nationwide
Minimum of five (5) days; Maximum of fourteen (14) working days
(subject to change depending on the criticality of the area and if the area is on lockdown, we shall advise accordingly)

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due to the Pandemic, there might be areas that are on total lockdown.  As such, there will be delays on our pick-up and delivery. Clients shall be proactively notified by  Our Customer Service Representative (CSR).

We shall notify all our partners once our system is already up and running.

Working Days: Mondays to Saturdays; 9:00 AM to 5 PM.


We shall be responding to all queries/concerns the latest; Next Working Day, and
During Weekends; First W
orking day of the Week.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Rates are all VAT EXCLUSIVE

  2. Parcel should NOT contain cash and prohibited goods

  3. Loss Insurance coverage for the first Php200.00 in Declared Value (DV) is Free

  4. Additional Php1.00 for every Php100 in  excess of the free insurance

  5. Maximum liability is up to ₱10,000 only for NCR;  Provincial subject to our co-loader terms and conditions. 

  6. Non-Declaration of Value will automatically NOT be covered for loss insurance

  7. Cash on Delivery: 

    • Metro Manila - Php40.00/transaction

    • Outside Metro Manila - 5% of the total amount to be collected

  8. Outside City Limit; ODA fees will depend on the area. Fees will be added on top of the standard rate charges
